NEW CONNECTION - -> OMC/NIC DEDUP RELATED ISSUE
It has been observed that many distributors have been raising tickets around OMC and NIC Pending status.
Please ensure all distributors are aware of below points to remember before creating any tickets around the same:
1. OMC
Dedup should happen within 3 hours at maximum. Please wait for
sometime for the Dedup to clear on its own before raising a ticket.
In case there is a technical error, go
to Relationship -> Dedup Response.
- If the Status Reason Code is Technical Error, you can re-trigger by clicking on "OMC Dedup" button
- If Status Reason
Code is Invalid
Input, check which entity(Ration Card, Aadhaar
etc) is invalid. Correct the required entity and wait for
sometime. Re-trigger by clicking on "OMC Dedup" button
2. Please make sure all mandatory
fields(Scheme Type, Scheme sub-type, Delivery Type, Products and Service
Area) are filled before clicking on OMC Dedup button
- For PMUY KYC AADHAR BLOCKING Please choose Scheme "Central Govt. Scheme" and Scheme Type "Ujjwala Extended"
3. In case NIC
Dedup status is pending after doing Ctrl+S, please wait for
sometime and then retrigger a NIC Dedup request by pressing Ctrl+S. This should
trigger a NIC Dedup request and change status to Awaited. NIC Dedup will be initiated only when
the status is Awaited.
NIC Dedup should take upto 3 days to clear. Please wait for 3 working days before raising any issues around NIC Dedup.
- You can add AADHAR and Ration Card Details of the candidate.
- Add AADHAR of at least one family member.
